Jockey club registered “Neigh Neigh Now (NY)” has been adopted with a new USEF registered name Phineas. He has a great brain for a 3-year-old! He’s so curious, loves attention, and is so friendly. He moves and jumps well so he shows great potential to be a 2’6 hunter! We hope to cheer them on at Wellington International soon!
